How to use Eucalyptus essential oil
There are several ways to cleanse your crystal. Below are the preferred methods for the Lapis Lazuli.
Cleansing with smudge sticks
Burn a sage smudge stick and wave it back and forth underneath the crystal for 20 to 30 seconds.
Cleansing using the earth
Bury your crystal for at least a day and up to several months, preferably in pure, clean soil.
Cleansing with visualisation
Visualise a bright light surrounding the crystal dissolving all the negative energy.
NOTE: Lapis Lazuli is a porous stone, water will damage the crystal.
How to use Eucalyptus essential oil for certain conditions
Arthritis, muscle & joint pain
Mix one or two drops with carrier oil, coconut, argan or jojoba works well. Rub it on the area that needs treatment in a circular motion.
Dandruff
Place your normal amount of shampoo in your hand before washing and add one to two drop of eucalyptus oil. Wash your hair as normal.
Headache relief
Two to three drops on a damp facial cloth and apply to the forehead, temples and the back of your neck.
Insect bites
Two to three drops on a cotton wool ball and rub on the area of the bite twice daily.
Nasal congestion/clear sinuses
One or two drops in a small bowl of steaming hot water. Place a towel over your head and bowl, close your eyes and breathe deeply in and out through your nose. Do this for 5-10 minutes.
